hey family!
The last couple of weeks here have gone by so fast! my testimony has grown so much and ive learned so much about the gospel! im kinda of sad to leave the MTC but im feel like im ready! these last four days have been pretty hectic because i gave my district the goal of teaching 60 lesson in 4 days and trying to contact 100 people. We ended up having 83 lessons and 130 contacts in 4 days! it was amazing! i was so proud of them! I have to go to the nurse today and get all of my shots straightend out before i leave. I fly out on monday morning at 8 30 from SLC and ill have a layover in Dallas for a couple hours so im going to try to place a book of mormon while im there! I should be in Columbia at about 5 30 pm. Im so excited to finally get out into the field. Ill leave you with a scripture and a quote. the scripture that has helped me out alot this week is D & C 6:36 "Look unto me in every thought; doubt not fear not" and a quote from elder holland that is on lds.org in there videos which i reccomend watching. "dont you quit, you keep walking, you keep trying, help and happiness lies ahead, some blessings come soon and some come late, and some dont even come until haven, but for those who embrace the gospel of Jesus Christ, THEY COME. Trust god and believe in good things to come."
