Hey Everyone!Well this week has been kinda uneventful, haha ive never been chased by so many dogs before either. We are making an impact here in Elgin. Its amazing how many Pastors and Ministers we have ran into while knocking on doors. And just a little sidenote, bible bashing isnt as fun as you think. The only thing these people want to do is prove us wrong but they cant so they end up cursing us out and telling us to leave. But we leave them with a smile and a "have a nice day". We have a baptism set for the 31st of july so we are praying that our investigator will be able to make it till then. She has a little 4 year old grandson that sits with us during the lessons and i swear he is the black version of deagan haha. I love the little kids that we meet here, they are awesome, and if you ask them a question it is always a "yes sir" or "no sir" answer no matter how old they are. Its raining pretty hard here right now so it should cool things off here for tonight. My companion has a leadership meeting this week in Columbia so ill be on exchanges for 4 days with the downtown Colombia elder. And not to scare anyone but downtown Columbia was rated number 6 in crime for the whole country last year so im excited! Its amzing how i dont worry about any of that anymore because i know the lord watches over us with every step we take. I hope i have more good news to relay to ya'll next week! and yes im starting to say ya'll haha I love you all and appreciate your prayers!
