Baptism!

Well it was a good week, you wanna know why? because we BAPTIZED! We baptized Melissa on saturday, it was awesome. Elder Hightower baptized her and i confirmed her on sunday in sacrament meeting. It was a really good baptismal service, i gave the talk on baptism and the youngs womens President gave the talk on the holy ghost. She has been adopted into the young women's group in the Elgin ward and she loves it. Some other news that we got this week is that we got 12 new missionaries! But they werent called to our mission haha. They are all waiting for their VISA's to clear so they can go to Brazil. The MTC shipped out to us after they stayed there for 10 weeks. And now this week we are getting 10 missionaries that were called to South Carolina, so we have 22 new missionaries coming in and only 8 leaving. We will see what happens i guess haha. I got news that i will probably be transferred this friday because they want me here for my doctors appointment on thursday. I will finally find out what i have to do to get better. Well that is pretty much all the excitement here in the Elgin district! I love all of you and i hope you have a fantastic week! - Elder Hancock
